Job summary

CapitaLand, headquartered in Singapore with a strong Malaysia footprint, seeks an Executive to support leasing activities in Penang. You will assist planning tenant mix, manage tenant relations, and help lease administration to maximize occupancy and revenue across a shopping mall portfolio.

The role involves sourcing potential tenants, negotiating leases, coordinating with marketing, and contributing to mall enhancement projects.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing activities including planning and implementing tenant mix, budgeting and lease administration to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Assist with tenant liaison, communication and renewal processes to maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
• Execute lease negotiations, renewals and showings to achieve high occupancy and favorable terms
• Enter lease data and maintain the system, monitor lease documents and arrears management
• Aid credit management in collecting rent and addressing delinquent accounts
• Support mall enhancement initiatives and repositioning to increase rental yield and value
• Collaborate with marketing to implement selling strategies and generate new leasing opportunities
