CapitaLand Investment Limited is seeking a Leasing Executive in Penang to support leasing initiatives, liaise with tenants, manage lease documentation and assist in revenue planning for a busy shopping mall portfolio. The role involves coordinating tenant mix, renewals, arrears management, and data entry to keep records accurate.

You will collaborate with marketing and asset management teams to implement strategies that enhance mall occupancy and rental yield.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property management preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to manage lease documentation and data records.

Responsabilités

• Support leasing activities across planning and implementation of tenant mix.
• Maintain landlord-tenant relationships to drive high renewal rates.
• Execute lease negotiations, renewals and showings to maximize occupancy.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management and lease-related audits.
• Monitor vacancies and support marketing initiatives for occupancy growth.
