Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Leasing Manager to source tenants for a Johor Bahru mall, manage the full leasing lifecycle, and support strategic rent decisions. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, Ops and Fit-out teams to ensure smooth lease execution and optimal mall performance.

The role demands 3–5 years in mall leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a background in retail property. Diploma or degree holders are welcome.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in any field.
3–5 years of experience in retail mall leasing or commercial property.
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Mall environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure tenants that align with the mall’s brand and occupancy targets.
Lease Management: Oversee negotiation, documentation, renewals and relationship management.
Strategic Support: Assist Head of Leasing with market analysis and rent strategy.
Financial & Data Oversight: Manage rental collections and analyze tenant sales performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Fit-out teams.
Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports and manage tenant data.
