Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze tenants' sales performance to assess Leasing strategies impact.
• Track renewals, expiries, tenants-at-risk and vacancies; propose action plans for underperforming tenants.
• Execute Leasing strategy including tenant mix optimization and occupancy improvement.
• Identify and engage potential tenants; negotiate lease terms and rental rates.
• Onboard new tenants and coordinate move-ins; be liaison for leasing matters.
• Prepare Leasing reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
