Job summary

Ambition, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a commercially savvy leasing and business development professional to own tenant acquisition and portfolio growth across 14 F&B sites. This permanent role offers autonomy to drive occupancy, revenue, and long-term tenant relationships, with travel to multiple sites as required.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in leasing, business development, or B2B sales, with F&B or retail exposure and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leasing, business development, or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in F&B or retail is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and partners (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure quality F&B tenants to fill and optimise site performance.
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and commercial agreements from start to finish.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of F&B brands and business partners.
• Review and improve tenant mix to maximise occupancy and outlet performance.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Confident negotiator with a proven track record of closing deals
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
• Own transport with a willingness to travel across multiple sites
