Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a leasing professional to proactively pitch to F&B operators and hawkers, filling stalls across Klang Valley food courts. You will plan menus and vendor mix to optimize foot traffic, lead lease negotiations, and manage end-to-end leasing operations including renewals and rent reviews.

You will collaborate with internal teams on tenant fit-outs, setup, and opening timelines, while building strong networks and tracking market trends to hit occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in leasing, business development or B2B sales within the F&B sector
• Strong understanding of retail or F&B operations with commercial acumen
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Hands-on, independent, and self-directed; takes initiative without instructions

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch to potential F&B operators, local hawkers and brands to fill stalls across the food courts in Klang Valley
• Plan a balanced menu and vendor mix to boost foot traffic and maximize sales
• Lead deal terms (base rent, turnover rent, lease period) and execute lease agreements to hit occupancy and revenue targets
• Manage end-to-end leasing operations, including new tenancies, renewals, tenant exits, and rent reviews
• Partner with internal ops and design teams to support tenant fit-outs, technical setup, and opening timeline
• Build networks with F&B operators and monitor market rental trends and competitor activity
