Job summary

Nixfon Learning is seeking a Learning Tech Sales Specialist to identify opportunities across the region, engage prospects, and grow a healthy sales pipeline.

You’ll be a trusted advisor, uncover client needs, present learning technology solutions, and translate capabilities into business outcomes while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Driven by curiosity and resilience, you’ll exceed targets, respond to RFPs when needed, and help Nixfon deliver measurable learning impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, account management, or consultative selling.
• Experience selling SaaS, learning tech, HR tech, or digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and nurture new opportunities across region, corporate, and government sectors.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events and prospecting.
• Turn conversations into opportunities and partnerships.
• Understand client challenges and recommend learning tech solutions.
• Present LMS/LXP and SaaS solutions in a compelling, value-driven way.
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, product and project teams.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain pipeline visibility.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Learning & Development, Technology, or a related field
