Job summary

eLearningMinds is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities in eLearning, HR Tech, and related digital learning solutions.

You will blend consultative selling with market development and client relationship management, acting as a trusted advisor to organizations exploring digital learning transformation. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in eLearning, EdTech, or B2B software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market or industry segment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Conduct research to understand client organizations, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Conduct needs analyses and propose solutions that align with client goals and challenges.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations, both virtually and in-person.
• Develop tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of deals.
• Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and feedback on market dynamics.
• Share insights from the field to influence product development and marketing strategies.
