Job summary
Nexperia is seeking an LMS Lead to manage and enhance our Learning Management System and related eLearning platforms. You will partner with IT, vendors and business process owners to ensure compliant, effective learning environments and high data accuracy across platforms.
The role involves coordinating LMS integrations, delivering learner-centered experiences, and providing meaningful reports to guide development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, or related fields.
- 3+ years in e-learning management technologies, ICT, HR/services, web development or related areas.
- Strong ability to define, analyze, design and document business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of LMS and eLearning platforms with external vendors and IT partners.
- Coordinate LMS integrations with SAP and Workday to ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Administer users, roles, access and deliver training to end users and admins.
- Provide LMS reporting and analytics to support training planning and audit requirements.
- Monitor LMS performance, traffic, and plan improvements; participate in backup and disaster recovery.
- Support course delivery, upload recordings, and coordinate instructor-led sessions.
