We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, Learning & Development to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support in the execution of our annual training plan. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of training operations, full compliance with HRD Corp requirements, and the maintenance of organized training records to support the Group's learning and development initiatives.
Manage the full cycle of the HRD Corp e-TRiS portal, including grant applications prior to training programmes and timely submission of claims upon completion.

Coordinate all logistical arrangements for internal and external training programmes.
Manage venue bookings, trainer coordination, training materials preparation, and refreshment arrangements.
Ensure smooth execution of training programmes from planning through completion.
Maintain and update the centralized training database.
Ensure all training-related documentation is properly filed, recorded, and organized in digital repositories.

Coordinate the administrative aspects of employee orientation programmes.
Ensure new hires are scheduled for and complete the required induction and onboarding modules.
Serve as the main point of contact for external training providers.
Obtain and manage quotations from vendors.
Facilitate onboarding of new training providers and support invoice processing.
Assist the Learning & Development Manager in compiling post-training reports.
Prepare feedback summaries and support reporting on learning initiatives and training effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience.
Working knowledge of HRD Corp e-TRiS system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/Canva.
Basic understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches.
Knowledge of HRD Corp grant submissions, claims processes, and compliance requirements.
Strong data tracking and reporting capabilities with the ability to work with Excel, HR systems, or learning management systems.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage employees and managers across various levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Collaborative and execution-focused mindset, with a willingness to be hands-on in delivering learning initiatives.
