Job summary

Beauty Star Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic L&D professional to drive onboarding, in-store training, and development programs. You will design and deliver engaging sessions, track learning outcomes, and coordinate logistics with store teams.

The role emphasizes improving customer service, soft skills, and staff development, with opportunities to lead learning initiatives and contribute to HRDF documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Retail, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training sessions.
• Facilitate programs focusing on customer service, soft skills, workplace communication, and personal development.
• Provide post-training reinforcement as needed.
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, and logistics.
• Prepare training materials and maintain learning records.
• Monitor attendance, learning hours, and program completion.
• Support HRDF documentation and training claims.
• Coordinate retail learning activities with outlet teams.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments.
• Analyze training effectiveness, feedback, and learning outcomes.
• Monitor learning KPIs and compliance.
• Prepare monthly training reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify learning needs.
• Support employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement and learning projects.
