Job summary

Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Learning & Development to drive training and development initiatives, enhancing the skills and capabilities of employees across the organization.

You will lead nominations, coordinate with stakeholders, source providers, manage registrations, and oversee grants and budgets while ensuring compliance and effective training administration. Strong L&D experience in retail/fashion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a learning and development role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field.
• Experience designing engaging training programmes.
• Excellent communication and interaction with employees at all levels.
• Proficient with learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training nominations and attendance with stakeholders.
• Source and evaluate training providers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee external training applications, registrations, and bond agreements.
• Manage HRDC grant applications and related funding matters.
• Plan, develop and manage training administration including TNA and calendars.
• Maintain training curriculum, attendance and merit point records.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and on-site preparation.
