Job summary

PLUS Malaysia is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead and implement plans, programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of L&D projects.

The role covers needs analysis, designing innovative learning solutions, managing budgets, and measuring impact through ROI. You will coach and develop teams, drive IDP programs, and support talent management.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development strategies and initiatives.
• Strong budget management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, competency and skills gap analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability requirements and recommend L&D solutions.
• Analyze L&D trends and ROI to drive improvements.
• Design and deliver innovative learning solutions including training, e-learning, and digital materials.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure quality and relevance of programmes.
• Lead upskilling, IDP, coaching, mentoring, and talent development initiatives.
• Support Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
• Act as Learning Partner to management and employees with guidance on competency matters.
• Manage reporting, budgets, providers and related admin processes.
• Drive continuous improvements to L&D processes and learner experience.
• Lead and develop team members with coaching in L&D matters.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
