Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to oversee training needs analysis, align programs with business goals, and drive impact across the organization.

The role collaborates with managers to ensure regulatory compliance, manages LMS platforms and external providers, and uses evaluation models to measure effectiveness, with five years in L&D and a related bachelor's degree as requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HC, or related field.
• HRDC certifications are an advantage.
• 5+ years in L&D or HR function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training needs analysis and align learning programs with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with managers and business leaders to ensure training relevance and impact.
• Ensure HRDC and internal regulatory requirements are met with proper documents.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers.
• Lead LMS platforms, track enrolments, completions, and generate reports.
• Apply evaluation models like Kirkpatrick to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Lead HRDC matters including e-TRiS submissions, claim documentation, provider approvals, and audits.
