Bermaz Motor Trading Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced L&D professional to oversee training needs analysis, align learning programs with organizational goals, and ensure HRDC compliance with internal regulatory requirements.
You will manage external training providers, lead LMS platforms, track enrolments and completions, and apply evaluation models to measure effectiveness, driving continuous improvement across the automotive group in Malaysia.
This role oversees training needs analysis, aligns learning programs with organizational goals, and collaborates with managers and business leaders to ensure training relevance and impact. The position ensures compliance with HRDC and internal regulatory requirements, manages external training providers, and leads learning management systems platforms. The role applies evaluation models to measure effectiveness and recommends enhancements, and leads HRDC-related matters including e-TRiS submissions, claim documentation, provider approvals, and compliance audits.

Ensure HRDC and internal regulatory requirements are met with proper documents
Source, evaluate, and coordinate external training providers
Lead LMS platforms, track enrolments, completions, and generate performance reports
Apply models like Kirkpatrick to measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Lead HRDC related matters including e-TRiS submissions, claim documentation, provider approvals, and compliance audits
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Human Capital, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in HRDC, DISC, or equivalent L&D / HR certifications are an advantage
Experience in L&D: at least 5 years in training, talent development, or HR function
