Job summary

Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a strategic L&D leader to steer the company’s learning and development agenda, build talent pipelines, and align capabilities with business growth. Based in Subang or Melaka, the role leads the L&D team, partners with stakeholders, and ensures effective training plans, TNA, and competency frameworks while managing budgets and compliance.

Experience in pharma or regulated industry is advantageous; Train-the-Trainer certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the L&D strategy and annual training plan.
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency gap assessments.
• Develop and maintain the competency framework.
• Drive talent, career and succession development initiatives.
• Design and implement leadership and management development programmes.
• Monitor training effectiveness, learning outcomes and L&D analytics.
• Manage L&D budget, HRD Corp matters and training vendors.
• Promote digital learning and innovative development solutions.
• Lead the L&D team and drive continuous improvement.
• Support Organisation Development and employee engagement initiatives.
