TAN CHONG GROUP is seeking a Learning & Development Executive in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering engaging learning programs to support employee growth and organizational capability. The successful candidate will manage training logistics, engage with external providers, monitor outcomes, and contribute to annual learning plans while driving cost efficiencies.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Drive learning engagement and communications by planning and executing employee engagement activities, training promotions, and internal marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, participant registration, venue arrangement, trainer liaison, and learning administration.
• Serve as liaison for external training providers, consultants, and internal business units to ensure high-quality programme delivery.
• Track training effectiveness, participant feedback, and vendor performance to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
• Support annual learning plans and special projects while identifying opportunities to optimize training resources and budget utilization.
• Propose and implement new learning solutions and process improvements to elevate the employee learning experience.

Educación
