EMP Team in Malaysia invites motivated fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement and team leadership through structured training and ongoing mentorship. You will work on business operations, client servicing and learning sales processes, while collaborating with experienced mentors to grow professionally.

No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.
• Assist in business development activities, including identifying potential clients and exploring new business opportunities.
• Support client engagement, relationship management and follow-up activities.
• Learn and understand business operations, sales processes and client servicing.
• Assist in planning and coordinating business meetings, training sessions and company events.
• Support business growth initiatives and strategies to improve team performance.
• Monitor business performance, prepare reports and assist with data analysis.
• Develop communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Work with leaders and team members to achieve business objectives.
• Take part in projects to gain practical business management experience.
