Aventra Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia seeks a fresh graduate for a Hands-on Learning Transformation Associate role. You will support the Director in developing and delivering learning, capability and employability initiatives, while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

The role offers exposure to learning programme design, industry partnerships, curriculum development, professional certifications, employability programmes, events and AI-era capability development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, education, communications, management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to learn and work with AI-enabled tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Director and team.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and coordinate learning programmes, workshops and capability initiatives.
• Develop training materials, presentations, programme documents and learning resources.
• Conduct basic research on emerging skills, industry trends, certifications and learning opportunities.
• Support programme administration, scheduling, participant coordination and follow-up.
• Collect feedback and data to measure programme effectiveness and impact.
• Provide regular updates to the Director, Learning Transformation.
• Explore new ideas and tools to make learning more relevant and engaging.
