Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship in Learning & Development in Shah Alam to support planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs.

You will assist with training logistics, records management, and basic L&D analytics while developing professional skills in HR. Starting from 1st October for six months, this internship provides hands-on exposure to internal training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management or equivalent fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse situations and propose practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating internal and external training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
• Support the preparation of training schedules, invitations, attendance lists, and training materials.
• Assist with training logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, refreshments, and participant coordination.
• Maintain and update employee training records and databases.
• Assist in preparing training reports, presentations, and basic L&D analytics.
• Support HR engagement activities and other HR projects as assigned.
