Job summary

Lagenda Properties in Malaysia is offering an Internship in Human Resources (Learning & Development). You will assist in coordinating learning programmes, preparing materials, and maintaining training records.

The role requires current enrolment in a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office; you will work with the L&D team on projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering learning and development programmes, training sessions, and employee development activities.
• Support the preparation of training materials, attendance records, feedback forms, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in coordinating training schedules, venues, trainers, and participant arrangements.
• Maintain and update training records and learning-related databases or trackers.
• Support the preparation of reports and analysis on training participation, feedback, and programme effectiveness.
• Assist in organising employee engagement and development activities where required.
• Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team and assist with other HR-related projects or ad-hoc tasks.
