Job summary

VHR Consultancy is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to join our Training team in Malaysia. The role focuses on planning, preparing and delivering client learning programmes, coordinating logistics and supporting trainers.

You will prepare training materials, manage records, assist HRD Corp documentation, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders. Fresh graduates are welcome with interest; 1–2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare materials.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of training programmes and workshops.
• Coordinate logistics including schedules, venues, materials, and participant arrangements.
• Liaise with trainers, internal teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth programmes.
• Provide on-site support during training programmes where needed.
• Prepare and update PowerPoint decks, handouts, and learning resources.
