Job summary

LSS Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Consultant to lead client-site Lean Six Sigma projects and train client teams in tools and processes. You will assist in Lean Six Sigma Accredited Certifications and work with process owners to drive a continuous improvement culture.

The role requires a degree, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Training will be provided to develop trainer and consulting capabilities, with travel locally and

• Minimum Degree in any field (Master's would be an added advantage).
• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified.

• Experience/exposure coaching/training Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects at client sites.

Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Consultant (Full-Time)

Leading Lean Six Sigma projects at the client site to achieve the desired business results.

Lead and train client teams in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes and assist them in solving complex process problems.

Assist in Lean Six Sigma Accredited Certifications.

Collaborate with process owners and process leads to create a continuous improvement culture by applying Lean Six Sigma methodology

Help clients develop Operational strategy (Business Process Re-engineering) and create core competencies.

Supporting Business process design, implementation, and improvement initiatives Designing end to end, current state, and future state process flows

Gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and facilitating workshops in support of business transformation.

Researching and assessing risk management processes and business trends as needed in projects/programs.

Comments:

Initial training and guidance will be provided for this position by our seniorconsultants / Master Black Belts (MBBs).

Must be a committed to continuous learning, self-starter, disciplined and able to work independently.

Prefer a proactive personality in terms of communication and actioned oriented.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in any field (Master's would be added advantage)

Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certified

At least 3 years of working experience.

Relevant experience/exposure for Lean Six Sigma project coaching and training or project implementations

Able to confidently conduct training sessions / facilitate workshops

Training will be provided to become a full-fledged trainer and consultant (Train the Trainer, TTT is an added advantage)

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English Language (additional language proficiency will be an advantage)

Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.

Good Verbal and Communication Skills

Able to work independently and within teams

Able to learn independently and take initiative to add value to training provision

Possess good analytical skills

Proficiency in Basic and advanced Statistics (e.g. Minitab / other Software)

Willing to travel (locally and overseas, with a valid passport),
