Zebra Technologies Malaysia is seeking an APAC Lean Six Sigma Process Advisor to mentor LSS certification candidates, coach teams in DMAIC, and pursue continuous improvements across the APAC region.
You will design training for Yellow Belt candidates, lead Kaizen events, assess process maturity with cross‑functional leaders, and apply tools like VSM, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5S, Kanban and Poka‑Yoke to raise efficiency.

Business Process Analysts are responsible for the integrity of Zebra’s internal business processes in the assigned business unit / area they are affiliated with. They ensure our business is run effectively,
efficiently and in support of delivering against our commitments internally and externally to our customers, partners and regulatory bodies.
The APAC Lean Six Sigma Process Advisor serves as a mentor to LSS certification candidates and others pursuing continuous process improvement projects, coaching them through the use of lean tools and deliverables. The Advisor also conducts training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates, conducts Kaizen events, and pursues improvements in the training process. The Advisor works with business counterparts to assess and improve process maturity.
Mentorship & Coaching:Serve as the primary mentor for LSS certification candidates and project leaders. Coach teams through the practical application of Lean tools, DMAIC methodologies, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Training & Enablement:Design, organize, and conduct engaging training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates. Continuously evaluate and pursue improvements in the training process, materials, and delivery methods.
Kaizen Facilitation:Plan, lead, and facilitate high-impact Kaizen events across various business units to drive rapid and sustainable process improvements.
Process Maturity Assessment:Collaborate closely with cross-functional business counterparts to assess current process maturity levels, identify gaps, and develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Change Management:Act as an ambassador for continuous improvement, fostering a culture of problem-solving and efficiency throughout the APAC region.
Key Quality Tools:Practical mastery of VSM (Value Stream Mapping), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Ishikawa diagrams (Root Cause Analysis), 5S, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke
Experience:4 to 5 years of proven, hands‑on experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or a dedicated Lean Six Sigma role.
Certification:An advanced, highly experienced Green Belt is strongly preferred.
Training Skills:Demonstrated experience in developing training materials, leading workshops, and conducting Kaizen events.
Technical Knowledge:Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kanban, DMAIC).
Stakeholder Management:Proven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and work effectively with business leaders and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
