Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Business Process Analyst to drive continuous improvement across the APAC region. You will mentor Lean Six Sigma candidates, design and deliver training, and lead rapid Kaizen events with cross-functional teams to raise process maturity.

Responsibilities include coaching on DMAIC, applying VSM, FMEA, 5S, Kanban, and partnering with business leaders to implement strategic improvements. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Advanced Green Belt is strongly preferred.
• Experience developing training materials, leading workshops, and Kaizen events.
• Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Mentor LSS certification candidates and project leaders; coach teams on DMAIC and Lean tools.
• Design, organize, and conduct training sessions for Yellow Belt candidates.
• Plan, lead Kaizen events across units to drive improvements.
• Assess process maturity with cross-functional partners and build roadmaps.
• Act as Change Management ambassador to foster continuous improvement culture.
• Apply tools like VSM, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5S, Kanban, and DMAIC in projects.
