Job summary

Tech Staffing, in partnership with a Testing and Certification Provider, seeks a Business Process Analyst (Lean Six Sigma) in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and identify opportunities across units and projects.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis, map workflows, and design standardized operating procedures to improve scalability. Close work with IT to implement tools and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in using lean processing methodologies such as Six Sigma.
• Experience in business process modelling of complex processes using enterprise modelling tools.
• Experiences in process mapping tools, dashboard development (such as PowerBI or Tableau).
• Attention to detail and competency in statistics.
• Experience in change management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to assess business requirements and identify problems and opportunities across units and projects.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, perform root cause analysis and data-based hypotheses.
• Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and design standardized operating procedures to improve scalability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement tools that support operational excellence goals.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, improvements and best practices.
• Support Unit Heads on change management and knowledge sharing.
