Job summary

LSS Academy Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Consultant to lead client-site Lean Six Sigma projects and train client teams in tools and processes. You will assist in Lean Six Sigma Accredited Certifications and work with process owners to drive a continuous improvement culture.

The role requires a degree, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Training will be provided to develop trainer and consulting capabilities, with travel locally and

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in any field (Master's would be an added advantage).
• Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Experience/exposure coaching/training Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects at client sites.
• Train client teams in Lean Six Sigma tools and processes.
• Assist in Lean Six Sigma Accredited Certifications.
• Collaborate with process owners to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Design End-to-End, current and future-state process flows.
• Gather requirements, document process flows, and facilitate workshops.
• Research risk management processes and business trends for projects.
