Job summary

Wistron Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Lean Six Sigma and Industrial Engineering professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality, productivity, and maintenance. You will support strategy execution, drive best-practice sharing with customers and LSS teams, and ensure KPI indicators are accurate and met.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering and a Lean/ Six Sigma Green Belt, with at least 2 years in operations or IE.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical and electronic), Industrial engineering, or equivalent.
Lean/ Six Sigma Green Belt is required; Master Black Belt is an added advantage.
2+ years of experience in Operation / IE / Lean Six Sigma projects.
Coaching, training or project implementations; automation exposure is a plus.
Good communication and analytical skills; problem solving and continuous learning.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.
Demonstrated leadership and time management; able to work in teams or individually.

Responsibilities

Implement Lean Manufacturing in quality, productivity, and equipment maintenance.
Support delivery of business unit strategies and continuous improvement to meet goals.
Coordinate sharing and adoption of good practices across customers and LSS teams.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and accurate KPI indicators.
Lead continuous improvement activities to achieve KPI targets.
Communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams at all stages.
Lead teams using lean and Six Sigma to improve value stream flow and MVA.
