Job summary

Teleperformance in Penang, Malaysia seeks an experienced Lean Six Sigma trainer (Yellow Belt) to develop and deliver engaging training to customer service teams. You will create materials, run sessions, and coach participants in applying Lean Six Sigma concepts to real-world projects.

Requirements include a degree in any discipline, fluent English, and at least 3 years of training experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred. This role is on-site in Penang.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.
• Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to meet different learning styles and experience levels.
• Language proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions to individuals and teams.
• Create instructional materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively convey Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to participants in understanding and applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to real-world projects.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.
• Assess participants' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to participants as they apply Lean Six Sigma concepts in their work environments.
