Qualifications

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to drive process efficiency across multiple sites.
• Participate in global CI community to share insights and document best practices.
• Gather requirements and translate user needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end e-Business solutions to streamline transactional data and deliver collaborative solutions between Celestica, Customer, and Supplier teams.
• Consult with IT to deploy integrated business applications aligned with Celestica procurement procedures.
• Oversee data-monitoring protocols to ensure alignment with corporate compliance frameworks.
• Advise leadership on process constraints, risk mitigation, and optimization plans based on data analysis.
• Guide and develop department analysts to elevate competencies and drive project execution.
