Qualifications

• 5 years of Lean Six Sigma leadership experience in operations, manufacturing or quality.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement sessions and lead rapid improvement events for strategic projects.
• Apply structured process improvement techniques to support value stream initiatives.
• Establish and sustain improvement processes across a value stream and organization.
• Mentor frontline leaders to develop Lean competencies and eliminate waste.
• Evaluate leadership standard work and support management systems.
• Promote CI maturity across the value stream and support on-the-job training.
