Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking to advance process improvement initiatives within our Penang/Bukit area, emphasizing Lean Six Sigma practices and cross-functional collaboration. You will identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency, perform root cause analyses, and document new or revised business processes across the BU.

As a member of Zebra Nation, you will contribute to delivering high-quality processes, mentor colleagues, and conduct cost/benefit analyses to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis of process failures and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Document agreements and own drafting and revision of new/updated business processes in the BU.
• Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product/service quality.
• Perform cost and benefit analyses.
• May coach or mentor junior BPAs.
• Draft training materials and train incumbents on new process flows.
