Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Master Black Belt to lead the organisation’s Lean Six Sigma transformation. You will set the improvement strategy, build internal capability, and coach leaders to deliver measurable business value across people, process, technology and customer experience.

The role provides Master Black Belt expertise, governance, and portfolio oversight while enabling business teams to own continuous improvement as part of BAU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Analytics or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, with relevant LSS or continuous improvement certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including LSS/continuous improvement leadership.

Position Summary

This role is responsible to lead the organisation’s Lean Six Sigma (LSS) transformation by setting the improvement strategy, building internal capability, and coaching leaders and practitioners to deliver measurable business value. The role provides Master Black Belt expertise, methodology, governance, and portfolio oversight, while enabling business teams to own and sustain continuous improvement as part of BAU across people, process, technology, digital, and customer experience.

Key Accountabilities
