Job summary

POLYMER APPLICATIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a site supervisor to plan, coordinate and oversee daily activities across multiple projects in Malaysia.

You will ensure schedules and quality requirements are met and supervise manpower allocation and site safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering related degree or diploma, with at least 2 years of site supervision experience in construction or flooring projects.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in construction, industrial flooring, concrete repair, waterproofing or related industries.
• Experience supervising multiple project sites simultaneously is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site measurements and material planning.
• Familiar with site safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Prepare, monitor and update project schedules, work progress and manpower allocation.
• Calculate material requirements based on project drawings, site measurements and approved specifications.
• Conduct site inspections before, during and after installation to ensure workmanship complies with company standards and client specifications.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company SOPs and site rules at all times.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, attendance records, material consumption records and photographic documentation.
• Coordinate project handover, punch list rectification and completion documentation.
• Supervise multiple projects across different locations when required.
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and represent the company professionally at all times.
