Job summary

WGH ARCHITECTURAL FACADE SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will monitor quality and safety, record progress, and help resolve site issues. Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree, 2–5 years' experience, and strong communication in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Proven ability to supervise site activities and manage crews.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and workers.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor workmanship quality and site safety compliance.
• Record daily site progress and submit reports.
• Manage site manpower, materials and equipment.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality requirements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
