Job summary

Credit Bureau Malaysia is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate activities, and manage resources across Peninsular Malaysia. The role requires regular site visits and close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and clients.

You will monitor progress, ensure adherence to schedules and safety standards, and maintain daily records. Fresh graduates are welcome; travel to multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil/mechanical/QS/CM or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; site supervision experience advantageous.
• Valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site activities at site to ensure smooth execution and adherence to project schedules.
• Liaise with main contractors, quality control personnel, quantity surveyors, consultants, and property owners on project-related matters.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery, allocation, and utilization of materials, equipment, and machinery at project sites.
• Maintain daily records and provide accurate progress updates and reports to management.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor workmanship, productivity, and safety performance.
