Job summary

DPS Resources Berhad, Melaka-based company with diversified interests in property development, construction, and furniture manufacturing, seeks a Site Supervisor. The role involves monitoring project progress, coordinating site works, and reporting to the project engineer to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with at least 2 years of site supervision experience, strong organizing and communication

Responsibilities

To monitor & supervise the project progress.
To report updated progress or issue related at site to project engineer.
To coordinate site works to ensure the works can be executed as per strict quality standards and achieve the pre-determined plan and dateline.
To request for materials purchasing through project admin & checking the materials that deliver to the site.
To attend meeting and site inspection and take the necessary follow up action or site visit with architect consultant, subcontractor & local authority.
Any adhoc tasks requested by management.
