Job summary

Brain Recruit is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee property and land development projects from planning through to completion. The role focuses on coordinating with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and negotiation skills, plus a proven track record in property development and land development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Property Management, Town Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Relevant managerial experience in property/land/project development.
• Strong understanding of development processes, planning and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage property development projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee feasibility, planning and implementation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders.
