Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is hiring a Project Manager (Property Development) to lead projects from feasibility through to handover in a dynamic development team. You will oversee feasibility studies, budgets, land approvals, and contractor coordination, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Project Management or related fields, with solid experience in property development and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Solid experience in property development / project management.
• Strong grasp of statutory approvals, construction, contracts & cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to juggle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project feasibility studies, market analysis, and development planning.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and cashflow projections.
• Manage land matters, statutory approvals, and authority liaison.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee tenders, contracts, and cost control.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Drive projects through to CCC, Vacant Possession, and final handover.
• Report project status and updates directly to management.
