Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead property development projects from concept to completion in Malaysia.

You will oversee feasibility studies, budgeting, approvals, and construction progress, coordinating consultants and contractors, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent).
• Solid experience in property development and project management.
• Strong grasp of statutory approvals, construction, contracts and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead project feasibility studies, market analysis, and development planning.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and cashflow projections.
• Manage land matters, statutory approvals, and authority liaison.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee tenders, contracts, and cost control.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, cost, and compliance.
• Drive projects through to CCC, Vacant Possession, and final handover.
• Report project status and updates directly to management.

WE'RE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER (Property Development)

Are you a driven Project Manager ready to lead property development projects from concept to completion? Join a growing property development company where you'll take real ownership — from feasibility studies and land approvals, right through to construction, CCC, and handover.

What You'll Do

• Lead project feasibility studies, market analysis, and development planning

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Project Management, Property Development, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Solid experience in property development / project management
• Strong grasp of statutory approvals, construction, contracts & cost control
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to juggle multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Bonus points: familiarity with AI tools or digital/AI-driven workflows
