Job summary

Brain Recruit is seeking an experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee property and land development projects from planning through to completion. The role focuses on coordinating with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure projects meet milestones, budgets, and approvals.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management and negotiation skills, plus a proven track record in property development and land development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Property Management, Town Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Relevant managerial experience in property/land/project development.
• Strong understanding of development processes, planning and authority requirements.

We are looking for an experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee property and land development projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage property development projects from planning to completion
• Oversee project feasibility, development planning and implementation
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities and other stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, budgets and development milestones
• Oversee planning, submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
• Evaluate development opportunities and provide recommendations to management
• Monitor project progress and resolve development-related issues
• Prepare project proposals, reports and presentations for management
• Ensure projects are delivered according to approved plans, timelines and requirements
• Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Property Management, Town Planning, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Relevant managerial experience in property development / land development / project development
• Strong understanding of property development processes, planning and authority requirements
• Strong project management, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Candidates with experience in Nirvana or similar land/property development projects are highly preferred
• Candidates with strong experience in property development and project management are encouraged to apply
