Job summary

Southkey City is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple property developments. You will lead onsite teams, secure approvals, manage budgets and schedules, and drive risk containment to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil/Building related degree and 8+ years of experience, with strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and a meticulous, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant field as described in the requirements.
• 8+ years of experience in property development or similar.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eye for detail and excellent analytical ability.
• Resourceful, proactive, meticulous and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the various property developments in Project Office.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones.
• Identify and procure necessary resources, estimate project budgets, set project scopes and schedules.
• Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure planning permission and approvals.
• Monitor progress, facilitate project team meetings and address issues to ensure performance.
• Work creatively and analytically in problem-solving, demonstrating teamwork and excellence.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies and tools to expand capabilities.
• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes.
• Act as an internal quality control check and maintain quality records as evidence of quality.
• Mitigate project risks with a risk response plan and monitor subcontractors/vendors to ensure delivery on time and budget.
