Talent Recruit is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager for a leading property developer. The role oversees timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in property development or construction project management, with strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, plus proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in property development or construction.
• Experience with development approvals, tender processes, and contracts administration.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with coordination of consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth execution and compliance with permits and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and authorities while aligning objectives with internal teams for seamless communication and execution.
• Monitor expenditures to maintain budget control, prevent overruns, and review contractor claims, variations and progress payments for accountability and compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while enforcing health and safety regulations across all project sites.
