TABLE AND APRON SDN BHD is seeking a pastry & baker head chef to scale artisanal bread-baking and pastries while preserving craftsmanship, quality, and accessibility. You will lead a young team of bakers and pastry chefs, shaping a sustainable dialogue about comfort and technique-driven baked goods, and drive the bakery toward multi-store expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading bakers in artisanal bakery.
• Experience scaling a bakery from a single-store to multi-store brand.
• Prior artisanal bakery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day pastry and bakery sections.
• Increase production capacity and reduce costs.
• Ensure production output, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Allocate resources effectively and optimize assets.
• Develop KPIs to track productivity and asset return.
• Collaborate with HR on staff recruitment and development.
• Lead and mentor a young team of bakers.
• Implement safety procedures and maintain standards.
