Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of pastry experience, a culinary degree, and a passion for creating signature bakery items while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Accommodation is offered for outstation applicants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pastry/bakery experience required.
• Culinary degree or equivalent in pastry arts/bakery.
• Proven expertise as Pastry Chef, Bakery Chef, or R&D Chef with bakery focus.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage a team.
• Deep knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and recipe creation.
• Creative mindset with passion for flavors, textures and presentations.
• Familiarity with food regulations, labeling, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Uphold top-tier quality and consistency across pastry and bakery products.
• Innovate and refine recipes for authentic yet contemporary offerings.

Job description

We are representing our client; one of the leading pastries and bakeries in Perak. Currently with 14 bakeries outlet in Perak, along with 2 hype and buzzing pastries cafés in Selangor.

Work Location: Bangi, Selangor

Working Hours: 4am - 1pm/6 days. Off day on weekdays

Main Responsibilities:

• Uphold top-tier quality and consistency across all pastry and bakery products.
• Innovate and refine recipes, ensuring an authentic yet contemporary product offering.

• Manage inventory of baking ingredients to ensure freshness and availability.
  
• Provide training and mentorship to junior bakers, cultivating a culture of excellence.

• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and professional workspace.

Requirements:
