Job summary

Hong Leong Bank seeks an experienced product/ program leader in Malaysia to drive development of Personal Financial Services-i Financing & Wealth Management products from concept to launch.

The role requires coordinating with Legal, Shariah, Compliance, and Business Units to ensure robust documentation, approvals, and regulatory adherence. It also covers training, UAT, and post-implementation support across branches.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years’ experience in a financial institution with specialization in project management or branch operations support.
• Excellent written and oral communication across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong organizational and coordinating skills.

Responsibilities

• Innovate, develop, formulate, design and package Personal Financial Services-i Financing & Wealth Management products from initiation to launch.
• Coordinate with Legal, Shariah, and Compliance to secure approvals and complete documentation before launch.
• Manage regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with BNM guidelines and internal policies.
• Contribute to training on new/updated products and support implementation of recovery and resilience frameworks.
• Provide post-implementation support and coordinate enhancements across branches and units.
