Responsibilities

• Financial advisory: conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand clients' risk tolerance, objectives and time horizons to tailor recommendations
• Revenue generation: achieve KPIs by selling wealth management products
• Market intelligence: monitor global market trends, rate changes and regulations to advise clients
• Portfolio growth: grow Islamic products through relationship management and new-to-bank clients
• Compliance & risk: ensure transactions and interactions follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines (PDPA, AML/CFT, Shariah governance)
• Collaborate with Branch to align growth with targets and Shariah governance
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions to execute growth strategies
• Drive Growth Segment programs to raise awareness and acquire business
• Identify business/community potential within network; provide guidance and training to sales teams
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Handle other responsibilities under group initiatives
