Job summary

Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Financial Advisor to deliver tailored wealth management guidance to clients while driving Islamic product growth and adhering to PDPA, AML/CFT, and Shariah governance.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with branches to execute growth strategies, mentor sales teams, and identify opportunities within the network, contributing to a high-performance, results-driven culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with clients to understand risk tolerance, objectives, and time horizons to tailor recommendations.
• Generate fee-based income through wealth management product sales and meet KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends, rates, and regulatory changes to advise clients proactively.
• Grow Islamic product offerings through relationship management and new-to-bank client acquisition.
• Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements (PDPA, AML/CFT, Shariah governance).
• Collaborate with Branch to align growth strategies with bank targets and governance parameters.
