LBS Bina Group Berhad is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations and staff, ensuring guest rooms and service areas are meticulously maintained. You will assign tasks, monitor standards, and coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals to guarantee a seamless guest experience.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, flexibility in shifts, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and safety within hotel environments.

Qualifications

• Requires SPM/SPMV or Diploma; Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency
• Strong organizational and team-management skills
• Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Establish work standards for housekeeping staff and ensure adherence
• Maintain inventory of amenities, chemicals, linens and supplies and reorder timely
• Assign daily tasks and inspect completed work to ensure standards are met
• Oversee Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Public Area Attendant and Housekeeping Coordinator performance
• Check housekeeping tools and equipment and ensure proper care by staff
• Ensure public areas, corridors, lobby, lifts and back-of-house are clean at all times
• Enter and inspect vacant and occupied rooms and release rooms on time for new guest arrivals
• Prepare staff rosters and monitor daily attendance
• Communicate VIP/guest setup requests with Front Office and other departments
• Provide On The Job Training to staff
• Maintain guest privacy and professional appearance; uphold health and safety rules
