Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee guest rooms, working areas and hotel premises, ensuring cleanliness and order.

You will coordinate daily housekeeping operations, supervise room attendants, and uphold standards while collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in housekeeping, strong leadership, attention to detail, and good communication, with basic English and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management.
• Strong team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Understanding of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Minimum 1-year experience in same or similar role.
• Basic English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure hotel standards are met
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• Address and resolve housekeeping-related guest requests and complaints professionally
• Train staff and support ongoing skill development
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, performance metrics, and guest feedback
• Prepare and submit reports of maintenance issues to Maintenance Department
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
